With VYTAL, we're changing that! We offer canteens, restaurateurs, supermarkets and corporate customers smart and high-quality reusable packaging as a service. Our vision: reusables will be as easy and convenient as disposables. And even better.

  • Build up VYTAL's operations in a new international city
  • Win restaurants and corporate partners and make VYTAL a well-known brand in our target districts
  • Develop your skills and our company at an increasing pace

Your profile

  • High energy and motivation to start up a business (while being guided and coached)
  • Experiences from at least one high-caliber internship
  • Fluent in the language of your city and English, further languages are of advantage
  • Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
  • Team work and a growth mindset


Our interview process usually takes around 2-3 weeks from the moment you apply. After a first successful review of requirements and basic conditions, you will be invited for a personal fit interview with a member of the HR department. In the second step, we will ask you to prepare a short pitch based on some information we will provide to you a day before interview No. II with the Director of Sales, Mo. Last but not least, you will be invited to a final interview with Co-Founder and Managing Director Sven.
